Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 24 February 2012 released their announcement on the unaudited quarterly financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 to the SGX.
