We wish to announce that the Company's 58.3%-owned subsidiary, UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 1 March 2006 released their announcement concerning the incorporation of a 51%-owned subsidiary, GlobeOSS Sdn Bhd by Unified Communications Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCH.
