Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 18 August 2010 made an announcement to the SGX in response to queries received from SGX regarding its second quarter financial statements and dividend announcement for the period ended 30 June 2010 released on 11 August 2010.
