Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 24 February 2010 released their announcement on the unaudited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2009 to the SGX.
