The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the proposed adoption of a new constitution in substitution for and to the entire exclusion of the existing memorandum and articles of association of the Company (“Proposed Adoption”) at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
The Circular to Shareholders setting out the information on the Proposed Adoption will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
