ADVANCE SYNERGY BERHAD ("ASB") INCORPORATION OF A NEW INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY COMPANY IN UNITED KINGDOM |
The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce the incorporation of 57-59 Philbeach Gardens Limited (“UK Newco”) on 31 October 2018 in United Kingdom. UK Newco with a paid up capital of £1.00 is wholly-owned by Posthotel Arosa AG, an indirect 65%-owned subsidiary of ASB.
The incorporation of UK Newco is to facilitate ASB Group’s investment in United Kingdom.
None of the directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with the directors and major shareholders of ASB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovementioned incorporation of UK Newco.
