The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the Ninety-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("94th AGM") held on Thursday, 7 June 2018 approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 94th AGM dated 30 April 2018 by way of a poll, except for Resolution 4 on the re-election of Dato' Ahmad Ghiti bin Mohd Daud which has been withdrawn following his resignation on 3 May 2018. The results of the poll were duly validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineers appointed by ASB. Details of the results of the poll are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 7 June 2018. |
