1. The Board will take steps to identify suitable candidate to fill the vacancy created. 2. Since Dato' Ahmad Ghiti bin Mohd Daud is standing for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 7 June 2018 under Resolution 4, such resolution will be withdrawn and not put for votng. 3. Following the resignation of Dato Ahmad Ghiti bin Mohd Daud from the Board of Directors of the Company, he will also resign as the Chairman of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee as well as member of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company.
