Single tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 26 Jul 2017
2)  The last date of lodgment : 28 Jul 2017
3)  Date Payable : 18 Aug 2017

Remarks: i. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.

ii. The payment of this single tier dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Ninety-third Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 May 2017.
