Pursuant to paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Main LR”), ASB wishes to announce that on 14 September 2016, 4,650 new ordinary shares of CHF500 each in the share capital of Arosa were allotted and issued to HVA for a cash consideration of CHF2,325,000 (equivalent to approximately RM9,939,000) (“Proposal”).
