The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to the Hong Kong Companies Registry on 21 July 2016 for the deregistration of Best Alpha Investments Limited (a dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB incorporated in Hong Kong) under Section 750 of the Companies Ordinance (“Application”). The Application will have no material financial effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of ASB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. This announcement is dated 21 July 2016. |
