First and Final single tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.30 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 26 Jul 2016
2)  The last date of lodgment : 28 Jul 2016
3)  Date Payable : 23 Aug 2016

Remarks : The payment of this first and final single tier dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Ninety-second Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 May 2016.
