2)  The last date of lodgment : 24 Aug 2015
3)  Date Payable : 18 Sep 2015

Remarks :- The payment of this first and final single tier dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Ninety-first Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 June 2015.
