Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that Captii, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 26 March 2015 released an announcement in relation to the receipt of approval in-principle from SGX for the listing and quotation of up to 31,957,267 consolidated shares on the Mainboard of SGX in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation as set out in our announcement on 17 February 2015.
