Further to Note 31 of our latest audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 concerning the fixing of hearing date on 6 May 2014 for the leave application filed by PKNK to the Federal Court of Malaysia, we wish to announce that the aforesaid leave application was dismissed by the Federal Court of Malaysia today with costs of RM10,000.00 payable to the Company. The suit is being remitted to the High Court in Alor Setar for full trial. This announcement is dated 6 May 2014. |
