Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 28 April 2014 made an announcement to the SGX with regard to the shareholders’ approval obtained at the Extraordinary General Meeting of UCH held on 28 April 2014 for the change of name of UCH and consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of UCH. Please refer to the attached file for the said announcement made by UCH to the SGX. This announcement is dated 28 April 2014. |
