The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that ASB had on 11 January 2013 acquired 100 per cent equity interest comprising two (2) issued and fully paid-up ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in a shelf company, Segi Koleksi Sdn Bhd (“SKSB”). SKSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 9 March 2012 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. None of the directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with the directors and major shareholders of ASB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid acquisition. This announcement is dated 11 January 2013. |
