Description	ADVANCE SYNERGY BERHAD (“ASB”) STRIKING OFF INACTIVE WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES OF ASB [HELD VIA ADVANCE SYNERGY CAPITAL SDN BHD]
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the inactive wholly-owned subsidiaries of ASB namely Triton Engineering Sdn Bhd, Triton Express Sdn Bhd and Triton Khidmat Sdn Bhd have respectively passed resolutions to apply to the Registrar of Companies to strike-off the name of the company from the register pursuant to Section 308(1) of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Applications”). Accordingly, the Applications have been submitted to the Registrar of Companies on 26 December 2012. The Applications will have no financial effect on the earnings per share and net assets per share of ASB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. This announcement is dated 26 December 2012.
