Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (38) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary [held via our wholly-owned subsidiary, WMSB], UCH, which is listed on the SGX, had on 4 February 2008 released their announcement to the SGX in respect of the agreement entered into by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unified Communications Sdn Bhd ("UCSB"), relating to UCSB's involvement in the Mobile Number Portability Clearinghouse project in Malaysia.
