Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 22 May 2012 made an announcement to the SGX in response to queries received from SGX regarding its unaudited quarterly financial results for the period ended 31 March 2012 released on 15 May 2012.
