Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(38) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary [held via our wholly-owned subsidiary, WMSB], UCH, which is listed on the SGX, had on 17 December 2007 released their announcement to the SGX in respect of the establishment of joint venture in India.
