We refer to our announcement on 19 May 2011 in respect of the above. Further to the resolution passed to strike off TES and the subsequent application made for the striking-off, we wish to announce that a notice from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore was received today informing that the name of TES was struck off the Register on 14 October 2011.
This announcement is dated 2 November 2011.
