Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (38) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary [held via our wholly-owned subsidiary, WMSB], UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 17 April 2007 released their announcement to the SGX in respect of its involvement in the Mobile Number Portability Clearinghouse project in Malaysia.
