Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (38) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary [held via our wholly-owned subsidiary, WMSB], UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 28 February 2007 released their announcement on the unaudited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 to SGX.
