The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that HVIL has acquired 70 per cent equity interest in Celestial Beauty Limited ("CBL"), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, comprising seven (7) issued and paid-up ordinary shares of USD1.00 each. CBL is in the process of changing its name to Holiday Villa Middle East Limited.
HVIL intends to expand its hotel operations to the Middle East through management contracts and CBL will be the special purpose vehicle for this purpose.
None of the Directors or substantial stockholders of ASB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid.
