Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (38) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary [held via our wholly-owned subsidiary, WMSB], UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 28 October 2005 released their announcement to the SGX on the change of auditors to Messrs BDO Raffles.
