Further to our announcement on 16 December 2004 and updates via the quarterly annoucements of our financial results released on 28 February 2005 and 31 May 2005 concerning the above captioned legal action, we wish to announce that the Court had on 3 August 2005 given its decision on the Defendant's application to set aside the Default Judgment dated 1 August 2004. The Court allowed the Defendant's application to set aside the Default Judgment. As advised by the Company's Solicitors, the Company's legal action will now have to proceed in the usual manner and be disposed of by a trial in due course.
