The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to announce that ASB has acquired 100 per cent equity interest in Super Odyssey Sdn Bhd ("SOSB"), comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, fully paid up for a total consideration of RM2.00.
SOSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 15 March 2005 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. SOSB is currently dormant.
None of the Directors or substantial stockholders of ASB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid acquisition.
