We wish to announce that the Company's 58.3%-owned subsidiary, UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 1 April 2005 released their announcement concerning the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Unified Communications (Shenzhen) Private Limited in Shenzhen, China by Unified Communications Sdn Bhd("UCSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCH.
