We refer to our announcement made on 15 December 2004 in relation to the extension of the validity period of the MOU with UT and wish to announce that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary, UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 14 March 2005 announced that the MOU with UT has lapsed and ceased to be effective.
