We refer to our announcement made on 18 June 2004 in relation to the MOU with Quintum and wish to announce that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary, UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 17 December 2004 released their announcement concerning the extension of the validity period of MOU with Quintum for a further period of 6 months from 18 December 2004 to 17 June 2005.
