We refer to our announcement made on 14 September 2004 in relation to the MOU with UT and wish to announce that our 58.3%-owned subsidiary, UCH which is listed on the SGX, had on 15 December 2004 released their announcement concerning the extension of the validity period of the MOU with UT for a further period of 3 months from 14 December 2004 to 13 March 2005.
