We refer to our announcement on 5 July 2004 concerning the legal action taken against PKNK to recover the Company's investment in Kedah Marble Sdn Bhd and wish to announce that the Company's solicitors had obtained the signed and sealed copy of the Judgment in Default of Appearance dated 1 August 2004 for the sum of RM52,500,000.00, interest thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of Judgment to the date of full realisation and costs of RM225.00.
