Following the announcement made on our behalf by Southern Investment Bank Berhad on 12 January 2004 in relation to the execution of the share transfer agreement to facilitate the Proposed Listing, we wish to announce that Worldwide Matrix Sdn Bhd (WMSB), our wholly-owned subsidiary, has on 15 January 2004 completed the share transfer agreement dated 12 January 2004. Accordingly, Unified Communications Holdings Limited (formerly known as Unified Communications Holdings Pte Ltd) is now a 70%-owned subsidiary of WMSB.
