The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to inform the Exchange that an EGM of the Company will be held at Dewan Thai, City Villa Kuala Lumpur, 69, Jalan Haji Hussein, 50300 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 12 November 2003 at 10.30 a.m. in respect of the Proposed Listing.
