We wish to announce on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company that the stockholders of the Company had approved the special resolution pertaining to the Proposed Warrants Extension during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9 July 2003.
However, the Warrantholders' Meeting to consider the Proposed Warrants Extension did not proceed on 9 July 2003 due to insufficient quorum. Accordingly, an adjourned warrantholders' meeting will be held on a later date to consider the Proposed Warrants Extension. The Notice of Adjourned Warrantholders' Meeting will be despatched in due course.
