The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that Alangka-Suka International Limited ("ASIL"), a 99.63% owned subsidiary of ASB, has incorporated a 90% owned subsidiary, P.T. Diwangkara, in the Republic of Indonesia with an issued and paid-up share capital of USD100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each.
ASIL has today received a Certificate of Incorporation for P.T. Diwangkara dated 16 June 2003.
The incorporation of P.T. Diwangkara is to facilitate the operation and management of a hotel in Bali, Indonesia namely Diwangkara Holiday Villa Bali.
