The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to inform the Exchange that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at Dewan Thai, City Villa Kuala Lumpur, 69 Jalan Haji Hussein, 50300 Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 28 June 2003 at 10.45 a.m., or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment of the Seventy-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 10.30 a.m., whichever is the later.
A copy of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 5 June 2003 is attached herewith.
