Southern Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Directors of ASB, that with the fulfillment of the conditions precedent under the sale and purchase agreement entered into on 13 July 2001, the supplemental agreement entered into on 24 April 2002 and the letters exchanged on 29 November 2002 between ASB and Advance Synergy Capital Berhad, the Proposed ACE Disposal has been completed today.
