The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that ASB has acquired 100 per cent equity interest in a shelf company, Exclusive Outlook, comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, fully paid up for a total cash consideration of RM2.00. The authorised share capital of Exclusive Outlook is RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
None of the Directors or substantial stockholders of ASB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovementioned acquisition.
