The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that Calmford Incorporated ("Calmford"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Synergy Lifestyle, with an issued and paid-up share capital of AUD10.00 comprising ten (10) ordinary shares of AUD1.00 each. Synergy Lifestyle is currently a dormant company.
Synergy Lifestyle was incorporated in South Australia on 8 July 2002.
The incorporation of Synergy Lifestyle is for any future investments of Calmford in Australia.
