    Further to the earlier announcements made on 28 February 2001 and 26 July 2001, the Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") wishes to announce that on 10 April 2002, ASB had been notified by the Special Administrator of ASF that ASF had elected to terminate the Share Subscription Agreement dated 28 February 2001 entered into by ASF with HFB and Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad in respect of the Proposed Subscription by HFB in ASF, effective on the date of ASF's notice of termination to HFB, which is dated 9 April 2002.
