We refer to our announcement dated 27 February 2001 and our reply to the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 28 February 2001 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
As requested, we wish to inform the Exchange that we have been advised by the management of KMSB that Messrs. Jarina & Associates has been appointed as their solicitors in respect of the winding-up proceedings. An affidavit in reply to the said Petition will be filed to oppose the Petition.
