On behalf of the Board of Directors of ASB, Perdana Merchant Bankers Berhad is pleased to announce that the renounceable offer for sale of the rights to allotment was oversubscribed by approximately 48.98%.
The new Warrants to be issued under the renounceable offer for sale of the rights to allotment will be listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in due course.
