The Board of Directors of ASB wishes to inform that all the Ordinary Resolutions relating to ordinary business and the Ordinary Resolution proposed under special business in respect of the authority to allot and issue new stock units in the Company pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act, 1965, have been approved by the stockholders of the Company at the Seventy-Sixth Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2000.
