We refer to your letter dated 21 February 2000 on the above matter.
As requested, the Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad wish to advise the Exchange of the following :-
i) There is no material development in the Company's business and affairs not previously disclosed.
ii) There is no impending change in the major stockholders of the Company.
iii) The Directors are not aware of any other reasons to account for the unusual market action.
We should also like to confirm that none of the situations/events as listed in your letter contributed to the unusual market activities in the Company's stock units during the period in question.
