The Board of Directors of Advance Synergy Berhad ("ASB") is pleased to announce that Synergy Card & Payment Services Sendirian Berhad, a 51 per cent owned subsidiary of ASB, has acquired 100 per cent equity interest in a shelf company, Datakey comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, fully paid up for a total cash consideration of RM2.00. The authorised share capital of Datakey is RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
None of the Directors or substantial stockholders of ASB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovementioned acquisition.
