Announcement by Unified Communications Holdings Limited (“UCH”), a 58.3%-owned subsidiary of ASB (held via Worldwide Matrix Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB), to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”)

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities that UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 2 June 2011 announced to the SGX that UCH’s application for removal from the Watch-List pursuant to Listing Rule 1314 of the SGX has been approved by the SGX. UCH will be removed from the Watch-List with effect from Friday, 3 June 2011.
