Announcement by Unified Communications Holdings Limited (“UCH”), a 58.3%-owned subsidiary of ASB (held via Worldwide Matrix Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ASB), to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX”)

Announcement Details/Table Section :

Pursuant to paragraphs 9.19 (24) and 9.19 (40) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to inform Bursa Securities  that  UCH, our subsidiary which is listed on the SGX, had on 31 May 2011 made an announcement to the SGX concerning a disposal by UCH’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Unified Communications Pte Ltd of its entire 51% equity interest in Unified Communications Limited (“UCL”), a subsidiary incorporated in Hong Kong, to the current director and management of UCL, Mr Ching Ming Wai.

Upon completion of the aforesaid disposal, UCL shall cease to be a subsidiary of UCH.
