The Board of Directors of ASB is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing a single tier dividend of 0.05 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held by 30 June 2025. The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be announced later.
